Makeup Sponge Inspection Record
Identify the product, record the method and evidence, and keep sample approval separate from the shipment decision.
Scope: unfilled, uncoated hydrophilic PU makeup sponges. Adapt the record for other constructions. This blank worksheet contains no inspection results, certified methods or preassigned acceptance limits.
Start with sections 1, 2, 4 and 7. Complete method details for the checks performed. Open the sampling section for a lot decision, and the finding section when an issue needs action. The record does not approve goods automatically.
Click a field to type. Changes remain in this open document until you save a filled copy or print. Saving a filled HTML copy preserves the editable text. Print includes the additional sections. The document makes no network requests.

BC-SP-DIM-01, BC-SP-MASS-01 and BC-SP-TRANSFER-01 draft 0.1 are proposed buyer workflows in the companion manuscript. Their physical trials are pending. Record the actual agreed profile here; DEMO settings are teaching examples.
Use a separate row per check and unit where needed. Keep raw readings and units. A check decision is separate from final sample approval or lot disposition.

DimensionsWet height / baseline height = corresponding height ratio. Height change (%) = (wet − baseline) / baseline × 100. Record the exact states and direction; this is not volume change.
MassAfter-procedure mass − baseline mass = mass difference under that procedure. Keep conditions and units. This is not a foundation-saving percentage.
5. Shipment sampling and evidence
Complete for a lot decision. Use the full applicable plan and product requirements. Do not treat the teaching example's specimen quantity as a shipment sample size.
Lot boundary / inspection unit / configuration coverage

Nonconforming units / observation counts / classification
Arrival / unpacking / later observation / packaging versions
Claim / document ID / configuration match / method / date / evidence status
6. Findings, correction and reinspection
Finding ID / unit / location / affected configuration
Required condition / observation / classification and reason

Use Hold for review when the decision basis is incomplete. A signed sample approval does not automatically release a lot. Blank fields, a download, or this worksheet's calculations are not approval.
