About BlendCraft
BlendCraft is a Ningbo-based beauty tools manufacturing and export team serving beauty brands, retailers, importers and wholesalers. We support product development, private-label production, quality control and export coordination.
Our own Ningbo manufacturing base was established in 2005. BlendCraft was established in 2016 as its international business team dedicated to beauty tools. We combine this manufacturing foundation with selected production partners for specific product categories, processes and capacity needs.

Our Manufacturing Base & Project Responsibilities
Our own manufacturing base in Ningbo provides the foundation for our production work. When a project requires a specialized product category, process or additional capacity, selected production partners support the relevant work.
Across these projects, BlendCraft coordinates product specifications, sample revisions, branding, packaging and quality review. Approved samples and confirmed requirements provide the reference for production and pre-shipment checks.
From Product Idea to Production-Ready Specification
Beauty tool development depends on details that need to be agreed before production. We review the product reference, intended use and buyer requirements to clarify what the sample and final specification must cover.
- 01Product Specification Review
We review dimensions, materials, colors, structure and component details before sampling. This helps identify which requirements are already defined and which still need buyer confirmation.
- 02Sample Development & Approval
Samples are developed around the agreed product direction and buyer feedback. For private-label makeup brushes, this can include brush-head shape, bristle appearance, handle dimensions, ferrule finish, logo position and overall color matching.
- 03Branding & Packaging Review
We review logo position, artwork, packaging structure, barcode information and pack-out requirements alongside the product. Approved artwork and packaging references help keep these details consistent through production and final checks.

Quality Checks Against Approved Samples & Specifications
Beauty tools quality control starts with an agreed reference. Before production, we confirm the product details, samples, artwork and packaging references that will guide quality checks. During production and before shipment, we compare products and packaging with these agreed requirements.

- Checks cover color consistency, dimensions and weight, brush-head shape, bristle appearance and shedding, logo position and appearance, ferrule and handle appearance, and assembly consistency.
- Makeup Sponges & Powder Puffs
- Checks cover color consistency, dimensions and shape, surface appearance, material feel, resilience and recovery, and overall consistency against the approved reference.
- Packaging & Retail Checks
- Checks include label details, barcode information checked against approved artwork, logo and print position, pack-out, quantities and packaging appearance against the approved packaging reference.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection
- Finished goods and packaging are sampled and reviewed against approved samples and confirmed specifications. The review focuses on the product and packaging checkpoints agreed for the order.
