These descriptions can overlap: “cushion” describes the pin-bed construction, while “paddle” describes the broad head format. A paddle brush can also have a cushioned head.

Production may involve our own factory or selected manufacturing partners, depending on the format. Color and Finish
Share your color reference and preferred surface appearance. Review the physical sample for color, texture and finish before approving production. Component colors are confirmed for the selected model.
Logo Placement
Send your logo artwork, preferred location and target effect. A handle, brush back or comb body offers different usable areas. The logo method and artwork size should suit the surface and remain clear at the agreed position.
Retail Packaging
Retail packaging can include color boxes, blister packs and backing cards where suitable for the selected item. Provide the selling channel, display format, artwork and packing requirements so the pack can protect the product and present the branding clearly.
Standard packaging is specified by model. The listed BLC-1, BLC-02 and BLC-03 models use OPP bags as standard.
The wide tooth comb with handle also uses an OPP bag as standard; custom retail packaging is confirmed in its quotation.
Custom Hair Brush Structures & Mold Development
A development brief can cover the head or comb shape, handle geometry, component fit, pin or tooth layout and other structural requirements. We review the material, proposed construction and tooling scope before confirming the development quotation and sample plan.
Development and tooling schedules are quoted separately from existing-model sampling and bulk production. Tooling fees, ownership and any exclusivity requirements should be agreed in the project terms.
Sample Approval & Quality Checks
Compare the selected tool with the approved sample and agreed specification. The relevant checks depend on whether the product uses bristles, pins, a cushion, molded teeth or silicone components.

MOQ and lead time depend on the model, color, branding, packaging and development scope. The following terms apply to the listed models; other hair brushes and combs are quoted separately.

For BLC-03, natural-boar and synthetic configurations can be combined within the same color to meet its MOQ. BLC-04 configurations cannot be pooled; each color/configuration requires 1,000 pcs. Custom structures and new tooling have separate development schedules. Share your estimated quantity and target timing with the product brief.
For the round blow dry brush, the quotation sets out MOQ for the proposed size mix, sample terms and the production schedule.
For the wide tooth comb with handle, each color requires 500 pcs. Sampling takes 10 days after payment and bulk production takes 45 days after payment. Shipping is confirmed separately.

- BlendCraft manufactures and supplies hair tools through our own factory and selected manufacturing partners. The production scope and specification are defined for the selected product.

- Yes. Private label projects can include custom colors, logos and retail packaging. Available options depend on the selected model and material.
- Can you develop a new brush or comb structure?
- Yes. Structural development and mold development are available for hair brush and comb projects. Send your references, key dimensions and required changes for a development quotation. Tooling terms and lead times are agreed separately.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- The wide tooth comb with handle requires 500 pcs per color; colors cannot be combined to meet the minimum. MOQ is model-specific. BLC-04 requires 1,000 pcs per color per configuration, without pooling. BLC-1 and BLC-02 require 3,000 pcs per color. BLC-05 has a 2,000-piece minimum, including body color, handle logo and lanyard customization; any color split is confirmed in the quotation. BLC-03 natural-boar and synthetic configurations can be combined within the same color to meet its 1,000-piece minimum. See the model-specific quantities in the table above. - How long do samples and bulk production take?
- For the wide tooth comb with handle, paid samples take 10 days after payment and bulk production takes 45 days after payment. Shipping is confirmed separately.
