B13 uses an approximately 30° angled brush head with a slim side profile of approximately 3 mm. Instead of relying on a broad, dense buffing surface, the narrower angled profile is designed to give more control during liquid foundation application.
The 2 cm brush-head width provides a practical working surface for spreading foundation across the face, while the sloping edge can be used around smaller or curved areas such as the sides of the nose, hairline and jawline.
This combination of a thin profile and angled edge gives B13 a different application role from large dense foundation brushes, flat-top kabuki brushes and compact petal-shaped complexion brushes.
With a side profile of approximately 3 mm, B13 is intentionally thinner than dense buffing-style complexion brushes.
The slim profile creates a more defined contact edge and allows the brush to transition between broader spreading and more localized foundation placement. During sampling, the side thickness, bristle distribution and angled top line should be reviewed together, because increasing density too far would change the intended B13 brush profile.

B13 is primarily developed for liquid foundation rather than positioned as a general-purpose complexion brush. Its thin angled head supports three distinct application movements.
Use the broader surface of the angled head to distribute liquid foundation across larger facial areas.
The soft synthetic bristles support light blending after foundation has been placed across the skin.
The narrower 30° edge provides additional control around the nose, hairline, jawline and other areas where a broad dense brush may offer less precision.
B13 uses soft synthetic fibers formed into a thin angled brush head. The bristles are dyed to create the required visual direction and can be coordinated with the selected handle and ferrule colors during product development.
Because the intended B13 profile is relatively thin, bristle softness and distribution should be evaluated together rather than by density alone. Final feel, dyed color, top-line definition and bristle distribution are confirmed against the approved sample before bulk production.
The complete B13 brush measures approximately 11 cm in length, giving it a compact format while retaining a conventional brush construction with a wooden handle and aluminum ferrule.
The shorter cylindrical handle differentiates B13 from longer professional-style foundation brushes and can be coordinated with other compact brushes in a branded collection.

B13 uses a cylindrical wooden handle with a painted finish. Handle colors can be matched against an approved Pantone reference to coordinate with an existing cosmetic collection.
The aluminum ferrule can be developed in different colors to coordinate with the painted handle and dyed synthetic bristles.
Brand logos are applied to the wooden handle. Available decoration methods include silk screen printing, hot stamping, laser marking, pad printing, UV printing and heat transfer. The final method is selected according to the painted surface, artwork, logo dimensions and required finish.
Confirm the 30° angled profile, approximately 2 cm width, 3 cm bristle length and 3 mm side thickness against the approved sample.
Review synthetic fiber feel, dyed color and final distribution according to the required visual and application direction.
Select a Pantone color for the painted cylindrical wooden handle.
Coordinate the aluminum ferrule color with the handle and bristle direction.
Confirm logo size, position and decoration method on the wooden handle.
Standard packing is an OPP bag. Brush pouches, gift boxes and other conventional retail packaging can be reviewed according to the project.
B13 quality control is tied to the approved angled-brush sample rather than a generic makeup-brush checklist. Review the dimensions, profile, components and branding that define this specific SKU.
| QC Checkpoint | B13 Specific Review |
|---|---|
| 30° Angle | Compare the finished sloping head against the approved B13 reference. |
| 2 cm Head Width | Verify the finished working width. |
| 3 cm Bristle Length | Check effective bristle length against the approved sample. |
| 3 mm Side Thickness | Prevent the thin profile from becoming too bulky. |
| Angled Top Line | Check for a smooth sloping edge and obvious projecting fibers. |
| Bristle Distribution | Review even fiber distribution across the thin head. |
| Softness Reference | Compare finished feel with the approved sample. |
| Dyed Bristle Color | Review visible color consistency and uneven dye appearance. |
| Shedding Check | Check for abnormal loose fibers. |
| Head Alignment | Confirm the angled head sits correctly relative to ferrule and handle. |
| Ferrule Crimping | Check security, deformation and visible assembly defects. |
| Ferrule Color | Compare custom color with the approved project reference. |
| Wood Handle Finish | Check painted surface for scratches, particles and visible color differences. |
| Logo Position | Verify size, direction, clarity and adhesion on the wooden handle. |
| 11 cm Overall Format | Check finished overall dimension against the approved sample. |
| Packing Protection | Ensure packing does not distort the thin angled brush head. |
The approved sample is the production reference for the B13 head angle, dimensions, bristle profile, softness, color direction, component finish, logo and packaging.
B13 sample development takes approximately 15 days after the required brush specification, color direction, logo and packaging are confirmed.
The approved sample should establish the reference for the 30° head angle, 2 cm brush width, 3 cm bristle length, 3 mm side profile, bristle feel, dyed color, handle finish, ferrule color and logo placement.
Standard bulk production takes approximately 42 days after sample approval, subject to the final order and packaging requirements.
