The MOQ applies to each combination separately. For example, 500 natural-boar and 500 synthetic-bristle brushes in the same color cannot be combined to meet the 1,000-piece minimum.

Oval Cushion Construction for Everyday Brushing
The BLC-04 has an oval brush head with a silicone cushion set into an ABS body. The longer, round-tipped nylon pins are part of every configuration. For a mixed-bristle design, shorter natural boar or synthetic bristles can be added while keeping the same brush-body mold.

BLC-04 uses an existing oval brush mold. If your project calls for a different head or handle shape, a separate ODM development and tooling review is required.
Sampling, Approval & Production
Choose a configuration. Select nylon pins, natural boar mix or synthetic mix, and share initial branding and packaging requirements.
Confirm sample requirements. Sampling takes 10 days after the sample requirements are confirmed.
Approve the pre-production sample. Review the agreed physical reference and final specification.
Begin bulk production. The 45-day production period starts after pre-production sample approval for the agreed existing-mold product.

What is the minimum order for custom colors and configurations?
The MOQ is 1,000 pieces for each color and each bristle configuration. Quantities from different configurations cannot be combined to meet the minimum.
Can I use my Pantone color and add a logo?
